I don’t know about you but I am super excited about the release of the NEW 2018-2020 IN COLOURS! They are fun, bright and quite frankly you are going to want them all!

Every year Stampin’Up launches a set of five colours which will remain current for the next two years. They spend countless hours researching which colours to choose and I have to say I think they have hit the nail on the head with these beauties.

LOVELY LIPSTICK 

 

Lovely Lipstick is such a bold, fun and happy shade of pink! As the mum of four boys I am surrounded by navy, brown and neutral shades so this little baby is going to get a work out in my craft room! Colour me Pink haha

 

GRAPEFRUIT GROVE 

Grapefruit Grove is such a delicate and gorgeous shade.  This one would have to be one of my absolute favourites as I know its going to coordinate beautifully with so many of our Designer Series Papers.

PINEAPPLE PUNCH 

Pineapple Punch is such a bright and bold shade! It certainly brings a smile to my dial just thinking about the fun projects I will create with it.

CALL ME CLOVER 

Call Me Clover is such a lush, rich colour. Beautiful and vibrant when stamped directly or soft and subtle when stamped off! My Irish heritage is screaming to use this one!

BLUEBERRY BUSHEL

Blueberry Bushel what can I say other than I love it! Such gorgeous tones that are bright, bold and fabulous! I am going to have so much fun with this one.

As soon as I saw this gorgeous bundle in the catalogue I had to have it! Who doesn’t love Limes and Lemons right?

You can add a little zest to your life, even on the most bitter of days. When life gives you lemon stamps, make lemon- stamped projects!

I love that I can make these stamps into lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit simply by changing my ink colours!  It’s a happy and fun stamp set with some great sentiments.

 

This card was so simple to create because the Lemon Builder Punch and the 1-3/4″ circle punch did all the work for me, all I did was stamp and punch the pieces.

Card Recipe

Card Base: Peek a Boo peach 18cm x 13.9 cm

Card Front: Whisper White 14cm x 10cm

Fruit: Whisper White

Leaves: Lemon Lime Twist

Classic Weave Ribbon -Crumb Cake

Tips

Create this card by stamping your limes, lemons and oranges in Daffodil Delight, Peek a boo Peach and Lemon Lime Twist ( I used a dauber to sponge Tranquil Tide around the edges of the lime)

• Fold your Peek a Boo Peach card base in half. Using your aqua painter drip watered down Lemon Lemon Lime Twist randomly over your card front.
• Adhere your bow to your card front and mount to the base.
• Punch your fruit out using the 1 3/4″ punch and leaves using the Lemon Builder Punch
• Stamp your sentiment in Lemon Lime Twist and then add your Fruit using Dimensionals.
• Finish your card off by adhering leaves with a glue dot

 

I wanted to show you the versatility of the matching fabulous punch! I had loads of fun with my girls on the weekend creating these gorgeous roses with the Lemon Builder Punch.

It was so easy to create too!

All you need is 11 lemons punched out. One 1 3/4″ circle punch, a bone folder, Snail and Tombow.

TIPS

• Cut a 1 cm slit up the centre of each lemon punch. Using your Bone Folder curve each Petal ( Lemon)
• Add snail and fold the cut edges in to create a petal. You will need to adhere 5 for the 1 3/4″ circle base working the petals around.
• The next four petals will be adhered closer together and then with the last two create the throat of the flower.
• You can add a button or create your own stamen with Daffodil Delight Cardstock.
•

When Stampin’Up! told us they had created the perfect bundle for us to spread the LOVE of Stampin’Up! to every crafter, I actually had my doubts that they could produce something that ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE would love. But low and behold they have done it yet again!! I cant get enough of it!

 

 

The Share What You Love Suite is absolutely fabulous! It is designed to suit the beginner crafter all the way up to advanced crafters. I immersed myself today in all the beautiful, Designer Series Papers, coordinating Cardstock, Stamps, ribbons and embellishments. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I looked at the clock that it was almost time to pick up my boys from school. At least I had the satisfying feeling that I had created some gorgeous cards and a super quick video so you can create with me.

 

SHARE WHAT YOU LOVE CARD

To recreate this card you will need –

Mint Macaron Card Base measuring 10.5cm x 29.5cm, folded in half.

Mat with the Share What You Love DSP measuring 10cm x 14.5cm.

Add a strip of co-ordinating DSP measuring 1.5cm x 10cm.

Add a Pearlised Doily

Cut the largest oval of the Stitched Framelits and stamp your sentiment and floral detail with the Love What You DO Stamp Set.

Using your Stampin’Up Water Colour Pencils and Aqua brush colour in your flowers.

Adhere with dimensionals and add your Artisian Pearls .

Whaaala, you have a fabulous card! Wasn’t that super quick and easy?
