Welcome to the Third monthly blog hop from the Around the World on Wednesday Design Team. I am so excited to join this incredibly talented group of Stampin’Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world. This month we have the fabulous Cindy Schuster as our special guest!
This months theme is Inspiration from the NEW Annual Catalogue! This was a tough one for me as there are so many beautiful NEW products for me to chose from! I decided to follow my heart and picked the Jar of Bundle Flowers Bundle on page 12. The reason I was so drawn to it is that you could either chose to create quick and easy cards with some simple stamping or step it up by adding the punch and the gorgeous coordinating Shaker domes.
I love how these beautiful flowers from the Jar of Flowers pop off the Whisper White card stock. I have stamped all of of the Mason Jar images first with Coastal Cabana across the page and stamped another jar on a seperate piece and punched it out using the Jar punch! I used my Stamparatus to line up the floral image and stamped again with Coastal Cabana. Add your waterline stamp to the punched out jar image.
Using my trusty Aqua Painter and my Water Colour pencils I have coloured in the floral images with Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight! Using my Stampin Blends I added Mint macaron to the petals and buds.
To compliment my card I have whipped up this quick little gift box. I have fussy cut layer upon layer of the beautiful Flowers For Every Season 6 x 6″ Designer Series Paper. ( It is the prettiest of papers and matches this suite so beautifully!) I have tied it off with some of the Magenta Madness In Colour Ribbon.
Next up is my beautiful friend Cheryl Miller, I cant wait to see what her favourite from the new catalogue is!
